Job Duties: Line-manage all manufacturing elements including technical, production, stores and fabrication to ensure efficient flow throughout production.Mentor, train, develop and encourage staff to ensure best workflow practises.Oversee continual evolution of production processes and product specifications.Liaise with work scheduler to manage stock and resources and anticipate the allocation of personnel and resources across projects where necessary.Manage employees performance reports.Lead by example through a hands on approach in all production areas.Actively promote best practice and continuous improvement initiatives.Effective liaison between departments, suppliers and subcontractors.Provide evaluation, reports and commentary of progress to the Senior Management Team as requested.Maintain all Health, Safety and Environmental compliance requirements.
Qualifications / Experience: Third Level Qualification in relevant discipline.Working CAD knowledge.3+ years experience in a manufacturing environment.Demonstrable experience with production planning systems.Experience with R and D environments. .
