Job Duties: Volunteer Now is seeking to recruit a team member to lead fundraising for the organisation. This role will set a clear vision and deliver a long term plan to achieve growth in fundraising income and lead our organisation to deliver this ambition. This will include a range of fundraising activities from grants, philanthropy, and charitable trusts through to legacies and individual high value donors.Please see employer website for full details.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential Requirements:Third level qualification in relevant subject or equivalent experience.At least three years experience of fundraising. A thorough understanding of best practice and proven track record in writing successful high value fundraising proposals and budgets that secure funding from institutional donors, trusts and foundations.Knowledge of Charity law and Data Protection legislation.Excellent project management and coordination skills to deliver in a target driven environment.A good understanding of volunteering.High level of numeracy and previous budget preparation experience.Proven experience of measurement of impact of implementation of Fundraising Strategy.Driving licence & access to a car or proof of being able to meet the requirements of the post.
