Job Duties: Job Purpose:Reporting to the HR Director, the HR Manager will be responsible for the provision of generalist strategic and operational HR advisory support within Bryson Charitable Group; by working in partnership with management to proactively identify and meet the HR needs of the business, assisting the Group in achieving its organisational goals.
Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria:Degree (or equivalent) in HR or related discipline OR have a minimum of five years general HR experience;Minimum of 2 years experience of managing staff;Effective working knowledge of Microsoft Office;Proven experience of effectively managing and developing people within a HR environment;Proven track record of handling a range of complex employee relations issues and casework;Comprehensive knowledge of current and pending employment legislation.
