Job Duties: Assist the Service managers for the day to day management of Training, Development, Evaluation and Assessment of all grades of staff within Decontamination Services (CSSD, Laundry and Endoscopy). Assist the Service Lead in the annual review of the departments Management Plan.Responsible in conjunction with Service Lead and Service managers in developing, reviewing and evaluating all in house, industry specific, and accredited decontamination training programmes and updating them accordingly taking into account new guidance, regulations, service developments, risk assessments and issues identified through both internal and external audits.Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.

Qualifications / Experience: A University Degree or a relevant professional qualification at an equivalent, or higher. Plus at least one year's recent suitable Junior Management experience at Assistant Manager Level / Band 4 or above (or equivalent) where you have gained experience relating to Sterile servicesOrWorked for at least four years in a Management role at Assistant Manager Level / Band 4 or above (or equivalent) where you have gained experience relating to Sterile services.Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.
