Job Duties: Key responsibilities:To ensure the highest levels of data integrity and security in relation to all manual and electronic information retained in respect of clients and staff. Responsible for the line management of up to 4 full time equivalent administrators and development of services administration.To support organisational decision making through the provision of timely and accurate routine and ad hoc reports.To ensure the provision of effective and efficient administration services to internal and external clients in accordance with organisational confidentiality, operations and security policies.To ensure that the client database is up to date and accurate.To ensure all clients are dealt with in an appropriate manner and that all protocols are followed when dealing with distressed clients.To continuously develop systems and process which improve the efficiency, flexibility and utilisation of shared services administration.
Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria:Experience of managing/supervising an administration office for a period of at least one year.High level of IT literacy including Word and the manipulation of Excel.Practical experience in the design of spreadsheets/modelling to produce management reports. Database and record management experience.Excellent Interpersonal Skills.Proven ability to delegate tasks.Ability to communicate with team members and liaise confidently with managers.Qualifications: at least 5 GCSEs at grade C or above or equivalent including GCSE Maths and GCSE English.Ability to demonstrate insight into the post's role as part of the clinical risk management process.Experience in dealing with difficult and distressed clients.
