Job Duties: Reporting to the Parish Administrator, the role entails provision of full confidential and comprehensive administrative and secretarial duties to the Administrator, priests of the parish and members of the parish team. This will be inclusive of all administrative duties, payment of accounts due and maintenance of accurate and timely records of all income and expenditure of the parish using Lifetime computerised systems. The role requires that you assist with the planning of forthcoming initiatives e.g. Advent and Lent.

Qualifications / Experience: Knowledge & Experience:Minimum of a HNC, or equivalent in a business-related subject OR 3 years + experience in an office management positionMinimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths and English to Grade C, or equivalent.2 years + relevant administrative experience2 years + experience of computerised accounting systems and production of financial reportsManagement of staff and/or volunteers at a supervisory levelAbility to demonstrate good communication and organisation skillsProficient in Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of database systemsKnowledge and understanding of GDPR
