Job Duties: Experienced as maintenance support with organization of trades and suppliers along with hands on general maintenance in support of the estates and facilities manager.Organizing necessary works, costings & quotes. Supporting the care homes to ensure a safe environment for our residents.Daily & weekly responsibility for property maintenance checks, equipment, general repairs along with fire safety and fire training procedure.

Qualifications / Experience: You are required to have a clean driving licence and live in the general Belfast area to cover regionally the care homes.A company vehicle is provided
