Job Duties: To have delegated responsibility for the daily provision of clerical and secretarial support within designated areas and provides direct administration support as and when required.Assess and resolve day-to-day issues as they arise to ensure minimum disruption to the smooth running of the team. Ensuring staff have a clear understanding of their duties and responsibilities to provide an organised, efficient and confidential service.Supervise staff performance, delegate workload and with the assistance of the Pharmacy Administration Manager manage underperformance.
Qualifications / Experience: HNC/HND or equivalent/higher qualification in an administrative relate field And 1 year's experience in a financial role in a work environment.Or 4 GCSEs at Grade A-C including English Language and Maths or equivalent/higher qualification And 2 years experience in a financial role in a work environment.
