Job Duties: Manage the delivery of high quality Specialist Palliative Care services provided by the community multidisciplinary specialist palliative care team to patients and ensure they meet all requisite standards. These standards will include those of DOH, the Health and Social Care Board, RQIA and all relevant regulatory and professional bodies.Ensure Palliative Care Services provided comply with DHSSPS Patient and Client Experience Standards.
Qualifications / Experience: A degree or relevant professional qualification and a minimum of 2 years experience in a senior role (Band 7 role or equivalent/above) delivering objectives which have led to a significant improvement in service. Have a minimum of 2 years experience working with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders in a role which has contributed to the successful implementation of a significant change.
