Our customer base demands high standards in product reliability and development and we are continually developing our product and process to meet the challenges of the market. Due to internal promotion we have a great opportunity for a Supervisor /Team Lead to join our team in our Advanced Products AreaAbout the Role: Working with the Production Manager, you will be responsible for planning and co-ordinating your production group to achieve agreed targets, both in output, shipments and quality in line with the highest quality and safety and environmental standards. Effective people management is key to this role and you should enjoy working with people to get the best out of them through engagement and good communication.

Qualifications / Experience: You may be looking for a new challenge or keen to take the first step into production management. Either way you need to be a self-starter and keen to make a difference and own the role. You will need to be:Educated to A level standard or equivalent. A minimum of 1 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment will be considered in lieu of academic achievement.Able to demonstrate a minimum of 1 years relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.Have strong communication and leadership skillsHave strong IT Skills.Ideally you will have: Degree/HND in a Business/Engineering/Manufacturing related discipline.Two years experience in a supervisory capacity.Hold a professional qualification in a relevant discipline such as supervisory/management studies.
