Job Duties: Successfully leading Benefits realisation across complex regional programmes across several organisations and benefits, as directed by BSO Senior Management, the individual project Senior Responsible Owners (SROs), Programme Managers and Project Boards, as appropriate.Working collaboratively and innovatively with all stakeholders to provide scrutiny of business cases from a business perspective.Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.

Qualifications / Experience: A university degree or professional qualification and have worked for at least 3 years in the last 5 years in a project management or dedicated benefits management role;Or:Have worked for at least 5 years in the last 7 years in a project management or dedicated benefits management role within a major organisation.And:Have lead creation and ongoing management of Benefits Plans for complex ICT supported projects with a budget of over £1 million.Have at least 3 years' experience managing teams of people.Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.
