Job Duties: Develop, implement and deliver an Employee Relations function that ensures the Trust complies with relevant legislation. Qualifications / Experience: Have a relevant University Degree or equivalent professional qualification plus two years' experience working in a Human Resources field at a minimum level of Band 5 or equivalent/above.OrFive years¿ experience working in a Human Resources field, two of which should be at a minimum level of Band 5 or equivalent /above.Experience of managing/supervising staff for a minimum period of one year. *For external applications, Band 5 is defined as a role with a current salary between £22,795 and £29,315.
