Job Duties: Team leader/supervisor required.Proven experience leading, managing and motivating a team essential.Hands on role.Experience in construction or manufacturing environment preferred.Working in a modern highly automated factory manufacturing construction and timber products.Business currently investing 7 figures into a new highly automated world class manufacturing facility which is currently under construction - opportunity to be a part of this.Industry leading business with flat management structure working closely with owners and management.An innovative and driven business with a strong focus on personal development and support / incentives for further training and qualifications.Experience reading technical drawings and ability to interpret them required.Experience in basic repairs and maintenance of machinery would be beneficial.Good salary and benefits including 28 days paid leave per year, overtime and bonuses.
