Job Duties: To take a lead role in the delivery, monitoring and implementation of the Renewing Our Vision Programme in order to achieve the Trust's strategic aims and objectives related to the future models of service delivery in line with the Trust Corporate Plan and other regional strategies/ policies.To work collaboratively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to promote and encourage the need for transformation and organisational change.
