Job Duties: The Compliance and Admissions Manager will have strategic and daily operational responsibility for the following areas:Admissions, Enrolment and Registration of all students within CollegeExaminationsTraining Contracts and ComplianceData Protection and Freedom of InformationEquality and DiversityHigher Level ApprenticeshipsProvide advice and guidance to senior managers and other staff within the College on range of matters relating to the Compliance and Admissions remit. Ensure that all contractual and administrative processes and procedures are carried out in an accurate and timely manner.Manage the Compliance and Admissions team and plan, co-ordinate and monitor work programmes to ensure the successful delivery of College Development Plan and Service Business Plans.Deputise for the Head of Client Services on matters within the postholders sphere of responsibility, to support the delivery of compliance and admissions within the College.
Qualifications / Experience: Essential:Applicants must, at the closing date for receipt of application forms have as a minimum;A degree or equivalent level 6 qualification in any discipline; ANDBe able to demonstrate, by providing personal and specific examples on the application form, at least three years experience within an education or training setting in each of the following areas:Experience of managing corporate responsibilities relating to either equality or data protection.Experience of managing a range of administrative processes within an education or training setting.Experience of leading, developing and managing a team.Experience of contributing to and/or managing a budget.Desirable:A relevant qualification for example, Business Studies, Equality, Data Protection.
