Job Duties: Job Purpose:The role is for an Office Manager, reporting to the Directors. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the business centres, admin duties and overseeing reception.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day running of multiple business centresOffer support to Reception i.e. Overflow calls and coverRespond to office enquiries and arrange viewings Ensure paperwork is kept up to date e.g. log incoming invoices, update client detailsHR Duties: recruitment, managing annual leave and absencesReport back to Directors with regular updates on the businessDraw up paperwork and organise building inductions for new clientsEnsure Health & Safety requirements are met and maintainedEnsure maintenance issues are reported and dealt withPrice up new services or products for approval by DirectorsOversee ordering of supplies e.g., check amount/regularity of orders and costsHelp with business growth e.g., keeping up to date with trends in the sector

Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria:At least 1 years' experience in similar roleA minimum of two GCSE passes in English and Maths or equivalentExcellent knowledge of Excel, Word, and OutlookExperience in a customer facing role, ideally management or supervisorFriendly, approachable and ability to use own initiativeDesirable Criteria:A few years' experience in a similar roleA relevant qualification i.e. business studies, management
