Job Duties: Produce effective bill of materials information to support production planning and procurement processesCollate and analyse data on differences between automated bill of materials results and production requirements, identifying opportunity to improve accuracy and automation; help production and materials handling teams to get the most out of the data provided by providing support and adviceWork with the materials management teams to ensure any spikes or anomalies in requirements are identified, planned, and managed effectivelyDevelop weekly and monthly production plans for the site to enable effective inventory management and resource allocationIdentify shortcomings in existing production planning processes, systems, and procedures; delivers straightforward improvements to planning and forecasting processes with guidance from production manager and engineering colleague

Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria:Production background including experience working with materials Desirable Criteria:Recognised qualification in a relevant disciplineExperience of purchasing, MRP, communicating with production, working with operations to move product and close ordersPlanning ExperienceFrench Speaker
