Job Duties: Job Purpose: The Apprenticeship Manager will be responsible for the marketing and recruitment of Apprentices onto the ApprenticeshipsNI programme and Employer Engagement.

Qualifications / Experience: Bryson Energy, through its Training and Employment team, delivers a range of Employment and Vocational Training programmes to young people and the unemployed. For over 30 years it has successfully managed and delivered a wide range of qualifications, training, and employment programmes. Educated to degree level including minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C or above including Maths and EnglishMinimum 2 years' experience of strategic engagement with employers Minimum 1 year experience in a management roleMinimum 1 year experience working with apprentices, students or the unemployedDesirable Criteria:Marketing / PR qualification or training
