Job Duties: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Fit-Out and Furniture Projects with activities ranging from, pricing, preparing project costs, surveys, programming and organising the implementation of projects on site.Prepare quotations.Site surveys.Purchase order requisitions.Managing projects on site.Managing sub-contractors.Health & Safety.
Qualifications / Experience: Must have at least 4 years' experience in pricing/estimating/managing projects.Effective verbal communication skills.Good organisational and time management skills.Experience in an office fit-out background is essential.
