Job Duties: The employer is: CREATIVE 3 MEDIA.Develop creative & engaging social media content calendars.Manage day to day handling of all social media channels such as Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, TicTok & Youtube posting content on each channel.Create content (and work with our creative 3 team effectively for the video and static post).Undertake audience research.Monitor, track, analyse & report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics & Facebook insights.Research & evaluate the latest trends & techniques in order to find new and better way of measuring social media activity.Analyse competitor activity.Set targets to increase brand awareness & increase customer engagement.Manage a budget for social media activities.Speak to our clients via telephone, email, zoom calls.You will be entitled to annual leave during this job opportunity.

Qualifications / Experience: Understanding of a range of social media platforms in relation to advertising/ branding & customers.Strong copywriting & editing skills suitable for each platform, from knowing how to write a successful post to using effective storytelling techniques.Knowledge & understanding of algorithms.Strong communication & people skills delivering ideas to clients.A good team centric attitude to work & collaborate with our creative team.Excellent team working, collaboration & networking skills.Organisational skills, with the capacity to prioritise & work multiple projects.Project & campaign management skills.The ability to work well under pressure in order to meet deadlines.Skills in data analysis & interpreting statistics.An eye for detail & the ability to work accurately.Self-motivation is key as you are running your own set of tasks.We need a social media intern that would grow into a full-time social media guru with the existing team at Creative3 media.
