Job Duties: To manage and control the patient experience projects to ensure it is delivered within specified timescales across the Trust.To work with Divisional Teams and the Quality Improvement and Patient Safety Team to agree project scopes, priorities, deliverables and resource implications.
Qualifications / Experience: University degree or a recognised equivalent professional qualification in an discipline And worked for at least 2 years at Band 6 level or above or equivalent in a relevant fieldOrHND or recognised equivalent professional qualification And worked for at least 3 years at Band 6 level or equivalent or above in a relevant fieldOrWorked for at least 5 years at Band 6 level or equivalent or above in a relevant field*Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.
