Job Duties: To provide leadership in the; development, planning and implementation of the SBNIs ACE aware, Trauma Informed Practice (TIP), Professional Development Programme, across the SBNI member bodies and partner agencies.To lead on the coordination of information flows from the Programmes stakeholder groups on performance, implementation, finance and learning. Using the information provided to prepare and deliver detailed analytical reports internally to staff of the SBNI member bodies, SBNI Board and partner agencies.

Qualifications / Experience: Possess a university degree or a relevant professional qualification relating to the business areas to be delivered by the programme; Justice, Education, Social Care, Health, Community and VoluntaryAndHave worked for at least 3 years in a middle/senior management* position with experience in working in a management or specialist/lead practitioner role providing trauma informed care to children young people and their families ; developing, delivering, managing and evaluating significant service improvement, quality improvement, or transformation programmes including delivery in one of the business areas to be delivered by the Programme; Justice, Education, Social Care, Health Community and Voluntary.Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.
