Job Duties: Developing strategies to position brand for growthAnalysing competitors' brands, consumer trends, and shopping behaviour.Designing and supervising content such as press releases, artwork, print and digital media.Monitoring the performance of brands through key performance indicators (KPIs).Initiating profit targets, product launch timelines, and budgets.Organising product launches and promotional events in conjunction with the wider marketing team.Developing industry leading retail packaging.Maintaining contact with customers to implement improvements

Qualifications / Experience: BSc/BA in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field.2+ Years' experience in a similar role (placement year can be considered).Strong written and verbal communication skills.Strong organisational, analytical, time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same timeStrong IT skills, including excellent knowledge of all Microsoft packages.A flair for creating and delivering presentations, comfortable delivering them at all levels.Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original idea
