Job Duties: We are currently seeking applicants for the post of Research and Evaluation Coordinator on a full-time basis.The successful applicant will assist Housing Rights to achieve its vision and deliver its strategic objectives through developing the capacity of the organisation to evaluate the impact of its services, and undertaking and supporting the commissioning of research to inform and influence its work.
Qualifications / Experience: Essential criteria for this post includes but is not limited to: A third level education qualification which includes a significant research component, in a relevant discipline; a postgraduate research qualification in a relevant discipline; At least 12 months full time experience (or equivalent part time) in which research is a significant responsibility; experience of report writing for range of audiences, including funders; experience of designing and implementing a range of research methodologies; experience of using research to effectively engage with a range of audiences including vulnerable groups; good understanding of social justice issues and government policies relevant to vulnerable and disadvantaged groups, a strong understanding of the development and practical application of impact measurement frameworks.
