Job Duties: The successful candidate will work alongside the quality, manufacturing engineering, production and design departments to ensure compliance across all these areas. This will include maintenance of the ISO management system for 9001, 14001, 45001 along with other regulatory bodies. They will be responsible for health and safety within the company, including chairing the Health and Safety Committee, providing regular reports relating to H&S, and identifying and delivering internal safety training needs. They will lead the internal audit team and conduct and manage risk assessment.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential:2-3 years' previous experience of working in Health & Safety and Compliance.2-3 years' relevant experience of quality management systems across multi-disciplinary areas.Experience of leading training and audits.Excellent interpersonal, influential, communication and organisational skills.Desirable:Knowledge of BS EN ISO/9001 and auditing techniques.Relevant qualifications in: engineering, auditing.NEBOSH health & safety.Experience within a manufacturing environment.Understanding of BS EN ISO/14001.Understanding of BS EN ISO/45001.
