Job Duties: To be responsible to the Capital Projects Contracts/Delivery Manager for the effective management and delivery of allocated capital projects in accordance with the Department's project management procedures and in compliance with applicable statutory obligations and requirements.Maintain professional knowledge within project management and make recommendations for improvements as and when required.To be responsible to the Capital Projects Contracts/Delivery Manager for the accurate and timely production of all information required for Council, Committee, Department or other reports, official returns and performance management as required.

Qualifications / Experience: Degree or equivalent qualification in a built environment disciplineORRegistration or full current Membership by examination of a relevant professional body
