Job Duties: The Customer Service Manager will play an integral role in the on-going provision of excellent service delivery across our business. This role will suit a highly motivated and results-driven individual, who demonstrates strong leadership, & can help develop our Call Centre team!As Customer Service Manager, you will manage, support, and develop a team of enthusiastic Customer Service Agents to a high standard. You will utilise the technology within the division to identify efficiencies to be rolled out to improve business practices. You will interact with all divisions of the company, achieving KPIs & identifying new KPIs to be achieved within RiverRidge. You will help to develop a succession plan which allows you to progress further in the company should you desire, and actively develop talent within your own team & manage them through clearly defined opportunity pathways. Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria. To be considered for this role, you should display the following:A minimum of two years experience working in a Customer Service / Sales background.Strong analytical skills.Experience of Supervising or Managing a Team.Enjoy working with people and displays excellent interpersonal skills.Ability to inspire and motivate people.Clear and confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines yet still provide an exceptional service.Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.Excellent organisational skills-with regards to managing and prioritising tasks.IT literate competent in Microsoft office suite.
