Job Duties: Ensure the company's quality control measures are adhered to.Ensure production staff are adhering to the companies agreed quality manual.Ensure any irregularities are reported to line manager immediately.Ensure all hygiene procedures as laid down by the company.Ensure quality of all products meets customer specification.Ensure correct labelling of products to customer specification.Ensure the companies legislative quality control, micro biology and hygiene systems are adhered to.Develop person skills and capability through training, as provided by the company or elsewhere subject to company approval.Ensure Health and Safety regulations are met and good housekeeping procedures followed.Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications / Experience: The successful applicant will need to be organised, able to use their own initiative and self-motivated. Previous experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be given.
