Job Duties: The Marketing Manager plays a key role in the Theatre's Marketing and Sales team, managing marketing campaigns for a wide variety of shows, events and initiatives; overseeing and supporting the work of two Marketing Officers; and working closely with the Head of Marketing and Sales to develop creative and effective marketing strategies to meet the department's targets and goals.Key responsibilities include:Production Campaign Management.Production Campaign Supervision.Marketing and Sales Strategies.Promoting other aspects of the Theatre's work.

Qualifications / Experience: Be educated to degree level in a marketing-related subject, with at least four years' recent experience working in an equivalent marketing environment, or:Hold a relevant professional qualification, with at least five years' recent experience working in an equivalent marketing environment, or:Have at least seven years' recent experience working in an equivalent marketing environment, with at least two of these years working at a managerial level.Excellent planning, organisational and prioritisation skills, with the proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to deliver results consistently.Have significant and demonstrable knowledge of all aspects of the marketing mix, and how to create successful marketing strategies and campaigns that deliver results.Have demonstrable experience of managing budgets.Have proven ability to achieve financial targets.
