Job Duties: Lead multi-disciplinary teams and oversee the co-ordination of all processes to ensure the delivery of high quality assessment, treatment and support services for adults with mental health needs who engage with their services.Establish and oversee an accountable process for triage and referral management for people with mental health difficulties, developed in accordance with departmental guidance on the elective access protocol.Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.
