Job Duties: The successful candidate will work alongside the HR, quality, manufacturing engineering, production and design departments to ensure compliance across all these areas. This will include maintenance of the ISO management system for 9001, 14001, 45001 along with other regulatory bodies. They will be responsible for health and safety within the company, including chairing the Health and Safety Committee, providing regular reports relating to H&S, and identifying and delivering internal safety training needs. They will lead the internal audit team and conduct and manage risk assessments. They will monitor product compliance standards by maintaining a register of standards.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential:2-3 years previous experience working in a similar Health & Safety and Compliance role.Hold a NEBOSH Qualification or another Health & Safety Equivalent Qualification.Quality management systems experience including auditing.Positive and proactive approach and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.Ability to develop and deliver health and safety training. Desirable: Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment.Knowledge of ISO/9001. Relevant qualifications in any of the following: engineering, auditing, quality, environmental.Understanding/ Experience of ISO/14001.Understanding/ Experience of ISO/45001.
