Job Duties: To effectively manage the day to day operations within the team, developing a high standard of care and communication. Work directly to the Client Account Manager. With your Manager, formulate and implement company strategies in relation to client care issues and policies. Develop an acceptable level of knowledge in relation to: All client systems, policies and data processes. Technical requirements by any client or in-house system. Any other processes, workflows as required by On-Music. Provide training for new users as directed and agreed including documentation and feedback. Maintain excellent client relationships. Provide ad hoc reports to your Manager or clients on team processing achievements in relation to targets. Use site visits and meetings as necessary to promote the company products and services. Manage team performance achieving company working practices and any client requirements.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential:1 years experience, gained in the last 3 years, of managing a team of 3 or more individuals in a target driven industry. 1 years experience, gained in the last 3 years, of managing employee relation issues (e.g. absence). Experience mentoring team members and producing training materials (e.g. user guides). Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. GCSE Mathematics and English Grade C or above. Strong leadership skills. Analytically orientated/problem solver. Highly motivated.
