Job Duties: Working Foreman required to cover Omagh area - Company van, fuel card and permanent opportunityYou will be working for a well established contractor who carries out maintenance in the public sector. They provide a high quality service to all customers, in every aspect of project management and delivery of building services, property maintenance, heating, plumbing, and electrical installations.This role would be a supervisory role where you would be responsible for ensuring health and safety standards are upheld while working on projects to get them completed on time and on budget. You will also be responsible for liaising with other department and carrying out pre & post Inspection surveys.

Qualifications / Experience: You will need the following:Valid CSR cardFull driving licenseExperience in a similar roleExperience in a supervisory/snagger role would be beneficial Good communication skillsYou will get offered a competitive hourly rate paid to you on a weekly basis, access to a PDA system, company van and fuel card.
