Job Duties: Trader Support Service is a major government programme of work which sits within Borders and Trade, HMRC. Your role would be to lead the Service Delivery team and partner with the Service Management team within the Consortium.You will also lead, engagement and coach a small team. You will also work closely with the programme team on a day-to-day basis for both TSS and Customs and Borders, ensuring that the voice of your customers are part of the delivery plan and priorities.

Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria:Proven track record of managing a strategic partner and commercial relationshipProven track record of operational delivery in a contact centre type environmentDemonstrable experience of leading teams, driving engagement and managing performance and capabilityProven track record of operational and change delivery in a complex environment and customer facing environmentProven track record of delivering customer service KPI's in a real time environment and experience of running a service credit regime in line with commercial contractsExperience of driving continuous or service improvements in a fast-paced operational environmentDesirable Criteria:Customs knowledge or background
