Qualifications / Experience: Degree or equivalent level qualification in a Management/ Business related subject and have a minimum of 2 years' experience at Band 6 or equivalent or higher in a Personnel/HR Department or be CIPD qualified and have a minimum of 2 years' experience at Band 6 or equivalent or higher in a Personnel/HR Department or have a minimum of 4 years' experience at Band 6 or equivalent or higher in a Personnel/ HR Department.2 years' experience of staff supervision.Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and full Personnel Specification.
