Job Duties: The main duties and responsibilities of the post are:To manage the administrative function of the local office to ensure provision of an effective and efficient business support service, including the day to day management of administrative staff and organisation of administrative staff rotas and duties to meet business needs during office hours. This will involve regular staff meetings and the recording, management and monitoring of all types of leave and of staff and team performance. This function will require adherence to a range of relevant Board policies.
Qualifications / Experience: University degree or equivalent professional qualification AND At least one year's Admin experience, which should include 6 months experience in the primary care field.ORA minimum of 4 year's Admin experience, which should include 6 months recent experience in the primary care field AND Experience of Management of Staff.
