Job Duties: Assist the HOS/OSL in assessing the waiting lists/times for the service, identify areas of risk, identify and communicate issues affecting access within the service and assist in the planning process to deal with these pressures, escalating as appropriate.Assist the HOS/OSLs to develop realistic capacity plans to facilitate planning for the achievement of Cancer Services Governmental, Departmental and Internal Targets, and to ensure identified capacity is fully utilised within the service.

Qualifications / Experience: Degree or equivalent qualification in a Business /Management/Information field with 1 year's experience within a business administrative role at Band 4 level or above.OrHNC/HND or equivalent in a Business/Management Information field with 2 years experience within a business administrative role at Band 4 or equivalent/above including 1 year at Band 4 or above.
