Job Duties: Role Purpose:It is the responsibility of the Projects manager to implement procedures, processes and train independent retailers and staff to operate their store in the most profitable way.The Project manager may be required to manage a store, to achieve agreed budgeted sales and margin, whilst properly controlling costs and building and maintaining employee relations. The Project manager will have a role in internal process improvement projects.
Qualifications / Experience: Essential Criteria:Previous store management experience within the convenience/grocery sector.Ability to train staff and encourage staff to adopt and implement processes and procedures, influential.Proven track record in delivering sales and profit targets in the convenience/grocery sector.Strong leader with ability to motivate and develop a team of people.Full valid driving licence.
