Job Duties: Lead the co-ordination of teams in the review, modernisation, development, implementation and delivery of strategies for PCSS ensuring integration with Trust corporate strategies to support the delivery of service priorities.Lead the development of a strategic plan for the delivery of support service(s) in line with regional strategies, Ministerial and HSCB priorities, other statutory and/or regularity bodies and Co-Director.Contribute to the Trust's corporate planning, policy and decision-making processes as required and ensure the Trust's objectives and decisions are effectively communicated and implemented.Please visit: jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.
