Job Duties: Supervise the production process and Quality engineers to ensure that all products meet customer standards.Define and implement all Production Process and Quality related documentation required.Ensure accurate inspection and testing duties to ensure that manufactured parts fulfil all internal and customer requirements.Continuously improve the processes/systems etc. to improve product quality and reduce costs.Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and produce statistical reports for the SHEQ Manager.
Qualifications / Experience: 5+ years experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.Ability to be concise and exact when presenting technical information / solutions.Working knowledge of quality systems and processes (ISO 9001:2015).Excellent communication skills.
