Job Duties: Work collaboratively with Clinical directors and clinical leads to provide leadership and direction to staff to support the delivery of corporate, divisional and service level objectivesBe accountable for the effective and efficient operation of services within service area.Review service provisions defining priorities and objectives in order to maintain and further develop services in collaboration with the Clinical Director and clinical leads.
