Job Duties: The Customer Services Manager is responsible for managing the Customer Services Team. The post holder will implement and manage a range of customer focused initiatives in line with the objectives of the Customers Strategy, Corporate Recovery Plan, and the Corporate Plan. They will work with all departments to promote and deliver high quality customer service and develop customer insight to help develop and improve services across the Council.

Qualifications / Experience: Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline e.g. Public Relations, Marketing, Customer Service and Business Studies.Consideration may be given to candidates who do not hold the above academic qualification but who can demonstrate at least 4 years' relevant experience.
