Job Duties: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Fit-Out and Furniture Projects with activities ranging from, pricing, preparing project costs, surveys, programming and organising the implementation of projects on site.Prepare quotationsSite surveysPurchase order requisitionsManaging projects on siteHealth & Safety
Qualifications / Experience: Must have at least 4+ years experience in pricing / estimating / managing projects.Effective verbal communication skillsGood organisational and time management skillsExperience in an office fit-out background would be advantageousSalary: Negotiable (dependent upon experience)
