Job Duties: Support senior management staff in developing and implementing service improvement projects and initiatives to time and in a cost effective way.Demonstrate the ability to work on his or her own initiative and make decisions appropriate to the level of the post within the organisation.Plan, organise and prioritise own workload to ensure project objectives are met on time, ensuring Programme Managers are kept informed of project progress and escalating problems where necessary.
