Job Duties: Support the Co-Director and other Senior Managers in the identification, quantification and analysis of issues which impact on service delivery, patient access and patient experience.Lead service improvement and process redesign projects as required by the Co-Director and Senior Managers, applying project management and change management techniques to identified issues to bring about improvement in service delivery within defined time-periods.Develop excellent working relationships with key stakeholders to encourage collaborative working in the resolution of identified issues.Please visit: jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.
Qualifications / Experience: Relevant Degree or recognised management qualification or equivalent higher qualification and 2 years' experience at Band 6 or above in a role involving information management, business support or project management.OrHNC/HND or equivalent higher qualification in management and 3 years' experience in the last 5 at Band 6 or above in a role involving information management, business support or project management.Please visit: jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.
