Job Duties: Finance & admin duties for small commercial letting company & company shareholders.Scope of the Role: Raise Rent invoices.Collate & calculate tenant's recharges.Ensure all invoices are paid on time.Provide admin support to the Chairman.Liaise with external bodies.Raise purchase orders,Process Purchase Ledger.Process Supplier payments.Reconcile purchase ledger accounts with supplier statements.Completion of new supplier account forms.Reconcile bank and other control accounts.To assist in accurate recording of all nominal ledger books of account.To complete & submit VAT returns to HMRC.Process Monthly Salaries and remit PAYE payments to HMRC.Provide information to allow preparation of Quarterly Management Accounts.Provide information to Accountants for preparation of Financial Statements and Tax returns.Provide Admin Support to Directors & Shareholders.Undertake any other duties as directed by Management

Qualifications / Experience: Essential: 3 years' experience in finance role.5 GCSE's to include English & Maths.Competent in Microsoft Office Suite. Desirable:Preference to applicants with property management experience.Bookkeeping/Finance Qualification e.g., IATI, AAT or similar.Experience using Sage 200/Xero
