Job Duties: Proactively identify, assess, pursue and nurture new business opportunities Conduct client outreach and enrolment for clients on our digital marketing training programmes Take responsibility for the project process from prospecting through to scope of work being signed Chase new business opportunitiesDrive the sales pipeline and ensure good collaboration throughout project lifecycleIdentify opportunities for additional sales with new clientsPass all required information and documentation to the Accounts department at agreed intervals, to facilitate invoicingProvide a strong handover of new projects to the relevant operational teamsMeet or exceed agreed sales targets by working to the agreed strategyRecord new opportunities and all client contact on the CRM systemRecord all new projects with associated documentation and assets on the project management systemAdhere to internal accounting/reporting procedures for billing and time management.

Qualifications / Experience: Minimum of 5 GCSE Grades A-C or equivalent (to include English and Mathematics)Comfortable picking up the phone and calling prospective clientsExcellent communication skillsA polite, confident and friendly mannerStrong IT skillsExperience in customer serviceGood team workerOrganised and thorough in approach to workExperience of working in a small agency or office environment for at least 6 months is desirable
