Job Duties: To take the lead, with clinicians and senior staff, in the management of medicines management projects and, subject to outcome of consultation, from initiation to implementation and delivery, to include leading time-limited project teams to deliver major service design.To work in partnership with FPS Contractors, Trusts, the LCG and locality partners to design, develop and deliver the medicines management work plan, performance and monitoring frameworks.To ensure the delivery of major strategic change whilst maintaining the effective engagement and involvement of all key stakeholders in community pharmacy projects across primary and secondary care.Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.
