Job Duties: To provide leadership to the Pathology Network ensuring the contributions of the members of the Network Team are effectively managed. To line manage Network Team staff.To ensure all Network activity aligns with and supports the other programmes within the portfolio of pathology transformation, including the NI Pathology Information Systems Programme, and the Blueprint Programme. In addition, to manage interdependencies with strategic programmes such as NIPACs +, Encompass, wider HSC reform, covid response and rebuilding strategies.To provide leadership to the Pathology Network and support the managers and clinicians in developing the vision and ethos necessary to ensure that service improvement and modernisation is achieved in line with policy direction and Ministerial targets.Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.

Qualifications / Experience: University Degree or equivalent professional qualification and a minimum of 3 years senior management experience at B8a, (or equivalent), working with senior clinicians, scientists and managers in a multi-disciplinary environment.ORA minimum of 5 years senior management experience at a B8a, (or equivalent), working with senior clinicians, scientists and managers in a multi- disciplinary environment.Prince Practitioner, MSP practitioner or equivalent qualification, or willing to complete on appointment.Minimum of 2 years demonstrable evidence of the ability to effectively lead change and to generate commitment from others through networks, projects or programmes.Please visit www.jobs.hscni.net to see Job Description and Personnel Specification.
