Job Duties: As a Service Manager, you'll be an ambassador for Positive Futures and will be responsible for leading a team to deliver and develop the highest quality service for the people we support. You'll need to maintain positive, professional working relationships with key people inside and external to Positive Futures and demonstrate creativity and imagination in delivering our unique approach to meeting the needs of the people we support and their families and carers.

Qualifications / Experience: Relevant recognised Health and Personal Social Services Professional Qualification i.e. Social Work or Nurse or Allied Health Professional.A minimum of 4 years' experience in a health and social care setting, providing services to people with a learning disability and/or acquired brain injury and/or autistic spectrum condition. This must include at least 2 years' relevant experience in an operational management capacity.Be registered with the relevant professional body without condition.Full, valid driving licence or an ability to travel independently to meet the requirements of the post. Relevant management experience may include: a management post in health and social care team / service; staff management; service supervision; caseload management; care management; resource management; student supervision / mentoring; project management.
